As you progress, you'll begin to realize strength and power output is decreased. Depending on specific diet, cardio type, etc will determine how significant strength is decreased. Training regime should/could stay the same, just volume and intensity would need to be altered to accommodate lack of energy demand.
Unilateral movements should begin to slowly develop proper
symmetry; 1-arm close grip pulldown (pulley handle), dumbbell rows, etc.
Perhaps completely re-format current back routine to exercises you could respond better to.
