I've been cutting for the past few weeks and my body fat is dropping and im realizing that my right lat is bigger than my left. i have no idea why that would happen since most of my lat workouts involve a bar and i use the same weight for dumbell rows. any suggestions please? this is freaking me out.

try doing unilateral(isolateral) exercises, prioritize that side, when doing one arm db row, do the smaller side first and also maybe do a few more reps on the smaller side and if nothing starts to work, you should get it checked out by a doctor or chiro.

^ good advice

I would just do DB rows, if youre really bothered about it use heavier weight with one said, is it really i significant difference or can you only notice it if youre payng alot of attention?

one more thing to add on to that, while i am cutting up, i was wondering if i could continue doing the same routine since i usually do 8-10 reps on each excercise. i just want to maintain muscle mass and minimize mass loss, so if i incorporate cardio into my routine would i lose the b/f just as good? or would it even work? thanks.

As you progress, you'll begin to realize strength and power output is decreased. Depending on specific diet, cardio type, etc will determine how significant strength is decreased. Training regime should/could stay the same, just volume and intensity would need to be altered to accommodate lack of energy demand.

Unilateral movements should begin to slowly develop proper symmetry; 1-arm close grip pulldown (pulley handle), dumbbell rows, etc.

Perhaps completely re-format current back routine to exercises you could respond better to.

Why? What will a doctor or chiropractor do to help with muscular symmetry?
