i do mine after my weights, or on cardio days, just once a day, usually in the afternoon hours. would it be better since i'm on a cut to do cardio twice a day? i did that for a while, before i started posting here actually. i dont remember how it worked out but i just wanted to ask if it would be too much, or ok if i wanted to ramp up my cardio activities?
