I sniffle pretty bad when doing hard cardio. i just did 30 mins on the stairclimber, but i was feeling kinda down so i set it 4 levels higher than i usually put it at. i could feel it in my calves, which i normally do, and in my quads, which i've not it felt it there before. anyways, at about 16 mins left, i get the sniffles. it gets pretty bad around 7 minutes left, and i'm doing it maybe every 30 seconds. why do you think this happens to me?
