so you guys have said HIIT is best of weight loss, ok, but am i wasting my time doing just cardio regular stuff on machines like bike, elliptical, stairmaster, etc? Is real HIIT like A LOT better or is it just x?

This may be the most subjective response I will ever give, but I am tired this morning, and have ran the gammut of objective scientific backed responses in regards to interval cardio vs steady state.

So I pose the question:

Would you rather be built like Lebron James or Lance Armstrong?

Make your decision, then decide which cardio you think fits your physique goals.

@Zir: They're both skinny guys... athletes... what are you getting at?

I'm picking up some lipo6x today and incorporating it into my cardio. People say it's good, I'll see. Yeah I'm impatient, but if the shit works, I'm going for it.
