so how is it, and btw with my legs i walk and jog, because there big enough, i used to do alot of heavy squatting lol, but how is it, with the rep and set layout it should build mass and tone over time really, short and intense in my book, i also enjoy pushups and pullups because they can build a good foundation and body :)

write back :)

i like the variation in the push ups, looks good. i usually do an avarage of 200-300 a day with sets of 30 or 50 but i only do regular or knuckle. i might try some of those.

2 x 20 Situps

Tuesday:
3 x 15 Elevated Pushups (ss with) 3 x 10 Narrow Pullups
2 x 20 Crunches

Wednesday:
3 x 10 Dips (ss with) 3 x 10 Mixed Grip Pullups
2 x 20 Bicycle Crunches

I'd say you really need to up the amount of pushups you're doing. But that all depends on how hard it is to do those sets. If you're finding them easy then you're wasting your own time; in which case you need to either add more reps or keep the same amount of reps but perform them slower. Performing slow pushups while tensing your entire body can prove quite a punishing workout.

Looks good, and I also say that you should increase the amount. Before I bought my weights I did about 300 pushups or something ( each set was 25 normal ones, followed up by 10-15 on the fingertips) and about 300 situps a day, which built a fairly good ground.

na, each workout is challenging for me i do slow reps and im always pumped after it :) but if it gets too easy ill add something new, like a olympic lift or a compound lift to it :)
