With any long lay off you will experience slight disuse atrophy, your best bet is to just stimulate your muscles a little by doing what you can with your BW, stretch, and keep your diet tight. I doubt you will have any significant loss, and what you do lose you will gain back quickly.

Losses like this come back pretty easy.I dont know if you ned to or not but this would be a great time to lean down.Lots of walking and hiking I presume.Keep your diet as good as you can. Then again maybe its time to give your body a break and come back and see some new gains

it might be very good for u... i experienced that last summer that when u have a longer lay off u come back stronger... then again it was 14 days... but it can be quite beneficial for ur bb to take some vacations...

i had 3-4 weeks off due to being ill, lost alot of water weight, basically used it as my summer cut basing my diet typically off of a cutting diet. muscle memory was a wonderful thing, my size still isnt back, but my strength is almost back to what it was, and only after 2 weeks. what you'll lose you're going to gain back extremely quick.

Hey dude - about a month ago i finished a 4 week period of time where I was not allowed to do ANYTHING, because I had my appendix removed. i lost about 10lbs or so in that period, but i gained it back in about a month. So don't worry, you'll be fine and i'm sure vietnam will be an awesome experience. the gym will be there when you get back.
