Hello All-
I am a 16 nerd (well sort of), I take all honors courses and AP classes. However, on the side I enjoy lifting weights and seem to have an obsessive personality. (I am also a nationally ranked Table Tennis Ping Pong Player) I can bench (Max) 185)

Anyway, I am writing because I have this BIG party Ive been invited to where this girl I have been chasing after for years will be attending. This party is on June 1st and I want to look as RIPPED as possible.

Any ideas on training? My legs are not really an issue but I would like to have an amazing upper body to impress her and make all the other guys look like little bitches.

I jump rope for 20 minutes everyday, and ping pong of course but i dont do too much cardio because my ectomorph body type induces weight loss quickly and doing cardio speeds up my metabolism. My diet consists of chicken, I dont eat red meat, I eat alot of salad and I eat roughly 2000 calories a day.

Ok....your cutting it rather short with less than a month, you dont care about your legs, want an "amazing" upper body in less than a month, and want to make all the other guys look like "little bitches."

If the only way this girl is going to notice you is if you have a nicer six pack than the guy next to you she really isn't worth it. I'm not saying that working out isn't good, but do it for yourself. Don't do it for some girl. If she doesn't like you for how you are then fuck her.

To Respond to your posts,
I weight around 150. I lift weights for myself to be in shape, and its a stress reliever. I am doing this for myself, and I just want to impress this girl, not because I need to, but because I want to show her I am not the skinny kid she knew in middle school.

Sorry man, in 3-4 weeks hypertrophy won't be present, nor will any significant changes occur in physique. Diet and train the best and hardest you can at this point. You can cut in 4 weeks, I am for my show.
