However, he himself mentioned that he would probably be alot bigger if he got more sleep. Remember, some people succeed not because of what they do, but because of their genetics. Some people can look at weights and grow. Some people could have great nutrition and sleep and workout like crazy and barely gain. Its all in the genes.
Id say sleep is very important for your body, and id suggest trying to have a little nap sometime in the day.
Do you ever feel lethargic or really sore after workouts?
