Hey everyone,
I'm an aspiring 17y old who's really getting into lifting. I'm 165lbs and I'm around 5'10. My training regiment is solid, I mean I love being in the gym as much as possible, but I have a few problems I would like to overcome. I believe that every time I'm in the gym, although I have the will, and the mind set to want to perform, the reps and weight I'm doing, is more than likely wasting my time, energy, and ultimately not letting me perform to my full ability.
If you guys could help me out with reps (amount of reps, weight needed), and what a good schedule would be in the gym, that would be more than much appreciated!!!
