Hey fellas just looking for a little reassurance on my rountine, take a look and tell me what you think.
Day 1 Legs
Squat, Leg Press, Leg extentions, Leg curls, Lunges, Calf raises (standing and seated)
Day 2 Chest/Bicep
Bench, incline bench, DB Flies, peck deck, Preacher curls, hammer curls, incline DB curls.
Day 3 Tri/Back
Lat Pull downs, cable rows, bent rows,T Bar row dead lift, rope pull down, close grip bench, skull crushers.
Day 4 Shoulders/Abs
Front raises, lateral raises, upright row, Shruggs (DB, BB), incline crunches, leg raises, ab wheel.
I feel like my Ab workout is weak, but I'm not sure about the rest. If it's weak man let me know. I also do cardio 2-3 times a week for about an hour.
