Hey fellas just looking for a little reassurance on my rountine, take a look and tell me what you think.
Day 1 Legs
Squat, Leg Press, Leg extentions, Leg curls, Lunges, Calf raises (standing and seated)
Day 2 Chest/Bicep
Bench, incline bench, DB Flies, peck deck, Preacher curls, hammer curls, incline DB curls.
Day 3 Tri/Back
Lat Pull downs, cable rows, bent rows,T Bar row dead lift, rope pull down, close grip bench, skull crushers.
Day 4 Shoulders/Abs
Front raises, lateral raises, upright row, Shruggs (DB, BB), incline crunches, leg raises, ab wheel.
I feel like my Ab workout is weak, but I'm not sure about the rest. If it's weak man let me know. I also do cardio 2-3 times a week for about an hour.

looks pretty good to me man i like that split used it myself a few months ago during a BULK.....might want to throw in a decline bench workout on Pec day though...

I would say as long as you are doing 80-100 reps total with your ab workout then it's fine, but you can actually do your abs twice a week <--suggested to me by BigBull

It was suggested that I should break up Chest/Biceps and Tri/Back. Maybe move legs inbetween those two days so my arms don't get overworked? What do you think?

yea thats a good idea man, technically you would be working your bi's and tri's two days in a row if you don't split it up (Back = secondary muscle group worked is Bi & Chest = secondary muscle group worked is Tri)

this is how my old split looked:

DAY 1 Chest/Bi Mon
Day 2 Legs/Abs Tue
Day 3 Back/Tri Thur
Day 4 Shoulders/Abs Fri

I would add some kind of shoulder press, BB or DB, to your shoulder day as your first excercise. thats the meat and potatoes of shouler excercises IMO.

other than that it looks great man.

stiff leg deads, flat bench, I didnt see these in there these are the mass builders it would be nice to add them. Other than that use legs to separate the two upper body days like youwere told and it all looks good

Many people feel that decline benchpress is completely pointless, and i tend to agree. It doesnt really work another part of the muscle, so if you are doing flat db or bb bench, you might as well skip decline.

Also, i wouldnt train abdominals directly unless you also plan on training your core as a whole. That means global and local core exercises, like trunk rotations, planks, side bridges, russian twists, barbell torques, corkscrews, etc.

as said above you definatley need to put a break in between tri back and chest bi.... you also need to add presses ,db and bb .
goes like
DAY1 chest bi
DAY2 legs
DAY3 back tri
DAY4 shoulders
DAY5 abs calfs
abs calfs -cause you need a break between soulder and chest calves give you more energy to hit legs on leg day........ you also at risk overtrainig tris on presses after tris so keep an eye on em

If it was me, on back day, i would be hitting the deadlift's early if not first. But hey thats me. That way u get all your basic lifts first. i.e bench, deadlifts ans squats.

just my 2 cents but take a day off between day 3 and for or move tris to shoulder day to avoid running a load on tris 2 days in a row.
