hey guys im kinder new,
how do you know if your over training?
say your bicepts whats a good way to build them?
without over training?

21's x4.alternate curls x4.preacher curls x4.

in the end try different things and you'll see what works best for you. read around and wait for others to reply

should i do my sets for that exercise all in a row or break in up with diferent exercises,
like..
bicept set
bicept set
bicept set etc..

or
break it up..
