lol

feminism at its finest

the fact of the matter is that most women (notice i said MOST) dont fit in a hardcore gym setting...thats why my gym too, is divided up

there's one section for women (they even have curtains...lol) and a section for men.

now mind you there is a few girls in the mens section...a very few

most women/girls are intimidated by a couple dozen grunting sweating fat/brolic/skinny men, hell im kinda like "wtf?" at times

but thats just how it is

Feminism is just the idea that women should get recognition for what they do.

Some people take it to extremes, but it's more for equal rights as well as recognition.

I'm pro-feminism

And the YMCA is pretty elitist as well, they try to play it off as a christian organization, there are gospel passages painted on the walls all over the place, lots of red white and blue paint... it's just distracting.

I just got one of their begathon pamphlets in the mails... no mention of weights, just **** about childrens' programs, a new vegetable garden they're trying to work out and summer senior programs. I guess I'm the wrong place for lifting big, that should've been obvious early on, they only have 2 male PTs out of like 30.

totally agreed. When I hear "Gym" I think of big well muscled guys grunting with heavy-ass weights, thats what gyms are for.
