bad article. It looks like some average joe jotted down notes of what he feels like after a deadlift workout.

deadlifts are excellent though.

Hey, you too bro, so it's not just me?? I also get it after doing squats, I just have to beat off after the workout, just can't help it. Maybe we also have high test in the morning as well when you get morning wood?

i love doing deads but who knows about some of those benefits....i do know it burns a good amount of cal.
