Hey Guys!! I have just started working out. I am looking for a good workout routine. I am 16yrs old. I am 5'11'' and weigh about 140lbs. If anyone has any good suggestions please let me know.
I don't really have a diet, but I am trying to bulk. I do not go to the gym but I have a bench press (300lbs) at my house. I am looking at getting some dumbells really soon.
ok shoot for 1g-protein..2-3g-carb and .5g-fat per lb bodyweight, so basically take your bodyweight and mutiply it by those numbers. and we will go from there
