Alright I have currently been training for about a year, yes I know thats not very long. I have made some gains but I am not really concerned about strength gains....I would much rather have pysical gains. I understand that certain routines are more geared for strength training while others are for mass ect. I was wondering if someone could link me a good routine that would focus on building muscle size instead of strength(although I know some strenght gains should follow with muscle development). Thank you for any help.

I'm sure alot of people on here will be able to give you a very good routine, but if you go bodybuilding.com and find the workout section you can put in the details of how many days you wanna workout,fullbody/split and so on and it will give you numerous choices to pick from and they all have a printable schedule

WOrk with free weights, Use compound movements in your routine such as Squats, dead lifts, bench press, chin up, military presses

Try in a rep range of 6-8. Eat to grow, Rest to grow more. there is no perfect routine in the world, you gotta see what works for you. take a look at the forum you will find some im sure.

strenght comes with mass sometimes. you'll get mass from eating. get your diet tuned in and you'll be on top man. just make sure ur doing what works for you. Also, center your routine around power/compound movements and go for progressive overload
