ok well i jus learned bout HIT or HD training n i rlly wanted 2 try it out, im hearin that u git gr8 rezults but u gotta work ur ass off!! i jus wanna no if n e 1 haz tried it n if it haz wrked 4 them becuz i rlly want 2 gain muscle mass on my armz n chest, duz doinf 1 set of 8-10 repz really wrk if u push ur self wid perfect form? i read alot bout mike mentzerz training n herd vout alot of gr8 rezultz n alot of wat he sed makez alot of sence so yeh if n e 1 wanna help me out here im new 2 this i jus made n account 2day lol thnk u all

u gotta do what u gotta do, as in whatever works for you may not work for someone else and vice versa. therefore try all types of training to find the perfect regime for yourself.

I train HIT style and I have found it works well for me. I have tried the bodybuiding split routines and they have not worked so well. I either train full body or I do a upper/lower body split. At the moment I am doing upper/lower body split. Basicaly you focus on the big compound exercises and don't really do many isolation exercises.

Im glad im not the only one who has an issue with this. It takes MORE effort to type like your texting then it does to type in a normal fashion. You are not saving time at all.

one more thing, does any one know if heavy duty training is the same as high intensity?
