I havent posted in a long time due to a busy work and school schedule and the lifting but I've been reading on haveing varient splits over time. For the past 4 months I've had the same split and made great gains. I feel like I need to switch it up to a new one finally. Right now I have been doing the following:

Monday: Legs, Biceps
Tuesday: Chest Abs
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Back Abs
Friday: Shoulders Triceps
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: off.

I plan to switch to something like this.

Monday: Chest , Abs
Tuesday: Back, Abs
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Legs, Shoulders
Friday: Arms (biceps, triceps, forarms)
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Off

Right now my current status is : 215 lbs, 5'11".

Benchpress max: 345
Squat max: 600
Deadlift max: 385
Military press max: 200

I'd put shoulders with cardio just because the pairing with legs could cause some definite strain, but that's just my opinion. other than that I love ur split man

the only problem was this past week. i tried out my new split and it felt like crap because of adjusting. my muscles didnt get the same rest time but today feels as a reset day because everyting is feeling well rested and tomorrow my day off i will recover fully and ill see monday how everything goes. i like putting shoulders on leg day because it gives me that little extra energy after working the legs plus id rather not have weight training 5 days in a row. a break day is required in the middle for me i think. i might be wrong but i made great gains over the past few months that way. but thank you guys. any other cirticisms welcome.
