This site states to rest in-between days and only workout 3 days a week.

Exercise Sets and Reps Muscle Group Difficulty
Standing Calf Raises 4 sets of 10-12 reps Shoulders Low
Seated Calf Raises 3 sets of 10-12 reps Shoulders Low

Not sure how those work shoulders

you sit and a bar is across your knees and the weight goes up and down. isolation of the calves.
