I got undercut by some a**hole and broke both bones in my wrist. What is the best way to hold my gains and stay in shape over the next 4-6 weeks?

Anyone gone through this and not lost everything?

THANKS!!!

In addition to what Julio said do excercises that don't require your wrist. Leg press, calf raise machine. Mostly the leg excercises except for squat. You can even shrug with the calf raise machine if its the shoulder mounted one.

Or if you see if this thing here controls you... it's going to burn you and everything around you up. That’s right.

cosign^^
keeo everything in check and keep your self in 'mental check' just because you have a broken wrist don't let yourself down at all. as said above train other parts that do not require your wrist and improvise.
