is there such thing as a carb-calories ratio on a treadmill? like for example 10calories burned = 10g of carbs burned.. or something?

I've never heard of such a thing. Calorie per gram breakdown is as follows:

Carb: 4
Protein: 4
Fat: 9
Alcohol: 7

the treadmills are also not very accurate in anything so don't go by what they say really

hes trying to find how many calories of carbs are burned when he does his cardio. but i wouldn't worry about that bulk than cut. i dont even think you could calculate that.

The issue there BtC is that while ur burning carbs, ur also depleting your glycogen stores unless ur going into aerobic glycolysis where ur going into your fat storage.

But in that you're always burning your fat storages with your carbs during exercise.
