critic my workout plan please

hey guys i was just wondering if you could please critic my schedule ok
MONDAY
arms
biceps hammer curls 4x
barbell curls 4x
dumbell curls 4x
2x single arm preacher curls
triceps
tri pressdowns 4x
dips 4x
tricep extention dont kno the proper name where you go on bench and extend tricep like hammer curl movement for tricep 4x
skullcrushers 4x
TUESDAY BREAK
WED CHEST
INCLINE DB PRESS4X
BENCHPRESS X4
4x FLYS
4XCABLE CROSSOVERS
4XMACHING PRES
THUR BACK

hi bro, you could add reverse curls for forearms, and dnt do hammer curls first if thats wat u wer plannin. i would preferbly add cable curls at th end for nasty pump. add sum pull ups for back also. everything seems ok bro

unless im reading it wrong it seems like your doing triceps twice a week on top of your chest day. thats a lot of work for such a small muscle group and you could easily be over training them. if i split up chest and tris i hit chest one day and dont hit tris for at least 3 days, not including the little bit of work they get on shoulder day. just my opinion

other than that your split looks pretty good, maybe throw in lunges on leg day. those are awesome

if u want more mass on tri's then 2x a week is good. just give enough time to recover

If you wanted to do Tris twice a week, personally i would do 1 day of Tris on a chest day, an the other with Bis

ok guys ill do that cheers ya i was just making sure im doing everthing right yer lunges used to be in their ill start doing them again this week with chest what is a good workout to encorparate tri's?
