Ok, now problem 1
1. When you do walking lunges, should the back of your legs get really stiff, hurt and almost refuse to move?
2. What are some good calf exercises?
3. Is there any way that I can make my wrists bigger?

I thank you ahead of time for your time and sharing your knowledge

You're 14 years old. You've barely reached/entered puberty. You can expect your wrists to grow thicker.

That said, how thick they get is dependent upon genetics.

^ wrists also based on your weight. Calves are gonna be based on your insertion point, genetics, and then weight as well. High reps, high sets.

Don't forget to warm up, stretch, cool down, stretch.

I'm really tired of hearing "genetics" ok, my genetics suck, no one in my family has the same body type as me. How do I guess what my genetics are like?

Don't judge yourself at your current state. Stay consistent and you will make improvements. Over time you will see what needs to be changed and what are the limiting factors due to genetics in your physique. Don't think of it as a hinderance or road block just move forward.

like these guys said man, youre only 15. trust me, youll get bigger. I went into highschool about 5'10 at 150 and graduated about 6'1 165. now at 19 im 6'1 210, so dont worry about your stats too much now, youll grow plenty, even without lifting weights.

On top of all that, weight training at a young age results in increases in bone mineral density and bone mass...which is a VERY good thing.

btw: I grew an inch and a half my sophomre year of college at 19 years old.
