dude farmers walk are one of my favorite exercises ever. No doubt about it that it hits ur whole body think about it. Your back, your trps, your legs, your forearms, your core, everything man. When i was powerlifting i would do them to help build up my endurance and i walked around the entire gym which was 60,000 square feet talk about killer workout
