Watching youtube BBer videos for fun and keeping my mood high, I see this

YouTube - Best Coleman Movie

and near the middle of the video he's DB bench pressing 2x 140 lb DBs... holy fuck. I want to ask, how do you drop them without injuring your wrist or arm? idk if it's a dumb question but do you do it slowly, or just let em fall clattering to the mat?

if you can handle them u should just put them to your sides or put them back on ur knees and drop them off the front.

if u can't, then u shouldn't be doing them

dont drop your db it causes damage to the mats and after doing it for a while you may get thrown out. Mostly this is a show off thing to make sure people see you imo just do like Zack says return them to your knees and set them down.

Shit, I've never even physically seen DBs more than 125... 250s, that's nuts. A DB that weighs more than I do, that's honestly hard for me to imagine.

yeah ive never seen the 250lbs DB bench.. lol in one of the vids he said he brought the bells himself for metroflex. Throwing DBs also damages the DBs themeselves, they become loose and could be dangerous! i just bring my elbows in. and slowly put em down
