So I did a rather large workout on Saturday, and I haven't been since, but I'm going today (today is Thursday).
All in all, I'm wondering, is a four day break too long in general, or can I get away with it without losing much progress?
How long is too long?
Just for reference, the break was entirely not my fault, but just thought I'd check in.
