i love squats but my last leg day i had to settle for the leg press because some dumbass and his friends were doing deadlifts with like a fucking quarter on each side


... so i was like "fuck this i'm here to lift heavy not sit around waiting" so i hopped on the leg press, loaded 7 plates on each side and goodgame to my legs haha... i've been limping now for 2 days and i love the pain
