Sometimes on rare occasions like when I'm doing heavy seated calf raises, my legs shake. wtf? My PT says I need to lower the weight, but I still can get my reps done but my legs shake, I need to use my hands to steady them.

Also, sometimes on my post, my whole body shakes and I can't talk and after that passes, it takes maybe 10 mins, my hands shake. It's not like I can't write, but I can't make them still, I have put them in my pocket or just make a shaking fist.

I want to say that this is not common for me, maybe 1x a month or so. Just wondering why this might be, solutions?

I'ts probably happened once or twice for me but back in 2006 when I was taking a variety of supps, more of a supplement frenzy. Don't know if it has anything to do with that or not though.

During the workout your shaking from straining so damn hard. When I go heavy on any exercise especially squats the last few reps Ilook like Im having a freakin seizure. After the set I might breathe hard and tremble for a minute or so but if you do it 10 mins later. It could be from stimulants if youre using any.

two things like kaboom said shaking off the weights you use and two its your tendons bro relaxing and contracting its no biggy as your muscles are hurting they begin to tense and contract and sometimes shake its perfectly normal
