I was just wondering why it is I only injure certain parts of my body. Like I've never hurt my back, traps, chest, calves, etc. I have injured other parts like shoulders, hams, glutes, bis, tris, etc. I know my form is always good and every once in a while I do 1 or 2 max weight reps but that is with perfect form and I don't injure myself then. Looking back on it all, the only times I've ever injured myself was when I was angry I couldn't so a certain number [weight, rep, sets] and then overdid it with other exercises that I could do more, excessive sets with. Like if I didn't have the steam to do 5 sets of skullcrushers I'd do 7 sets of DB shrugs [they were both on that day's agenda of body parts to workout] and if the weight was heavy like instead of my usual 55 lb in each hand I stepped it up to a 70lb in each hand, then after 7 sets my traps would go to complete failure.

You get what I'm talking about?

you proabably need to take time off and give ur body to rest. If you overuse a certain part it leads to injury. i have injured my wrist, and now it my left forearm that kills me. so im taking a week off and lettting it rest.

Certain body parts are more susceptible to injury based purely on anatomy. I never do maxes because they prove nothing and you are just putting yourself at risk for an injury that will set you back.
