I need a little guidance with my training. Currently I am 305 pounds and 6'2. Last year I weighed 327 and I went down to 265. My wife got pregnant and i let myself go. I was wondering what kind of routine would be best for me. Either to lift heavy and bulk and try that way or do light weight train with cardio. Also is their any fat burn supplements that would help. Also the way I got down from 327 to 265 in 2 1/2 months was a very low calorie intake. It was about 980 calories a day. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Please help if you can. I would like to get back to the days when I was 240 pounds and benching 325. Thanks

First hell no Bro you dont need to bulk when you are seriously overweight. You gained it all back maybe because you lost so quick and almost starved yourself in the process.
IMO Go with weight you can do 12-15 reps,3 sets 3 different exercises per body part.Start light on the cardio just so you can do a physical assesment of yourself to see what you can safely do.Work your way up to a medium paced 40-60 mins a day at least 5 days a week.No need to get fancy with the workouts at this point either.Stick to the basic movements with little rest between sets.
Not sure what your diet looks like now so I cant really make any suggestions on what to cut back or how many calories to take in.If you decide to post it be honest with us and yourself on what you eat daily so we can get an idea of what you need to do.
Its def possible bro.Im only 5'8 and weighed 235 and lost down to 156 competion weight and have been competing since. Its all about dedication and mindset
Good luck bro any more question just ask or you can PM me
