impossible, no... but extremely hard. if he diets, rests, and lifts right then its a possibility, chances are slim but it is possible.

If he says he can do it, then challenge him, and if he doesn't slap him in the chest and scream in his face.

Like they^ said its doable but very very hard.It would make it easier if he is just starting to lift or get back into after a long layoff.Gains come easy in the beginning or if hes juicing with the right stuff. If hes not really dedicated and really knows his stuff I doubt HE can do it.

25lbs in a year with no gear.......no way. If this guy can gain 20lbs lean muscle and show bdy comp # to prove it then hes on shit or myocin nil (why not me lord WHY). ive seen truly natural and dedicated guys get 10 15lbs in a year max and thats with a good diet mad training and an all around clean lifstyle, id say thats the around the max natural. but if its a strait 20lbs and no worry bout the type of weight then 20 no prob, lots of calories no cardio and pwr lifts all the way.
