Is it bad for you to not lift for three weeks and then just go back to it, or should I take off more time?

What is the best thing about lifting? The feeling in the morning When I get up in the morning and I a in pain when I get out of bed, I know I did my job.

why would you take off more time?

are you injured?

If not, then there's no problem. You just need to assess your strength and endurance and adjust your workouts accordingly.

also, get your diet in check

Sorry about not being very clear, let me give you the situation. I haven;t worked out in three weeks, I have just started baseball season and I use heavy conditioning. Should I jump right back into lifting or should I slowly increase my workouts time and intensity?
