I was just wondering what my diet should look like when I start to bulk. I'm guessing high carb high protein and higher calories then right now. I was just wondering what is the optimal set and rep amounts for bulking or if it matters. Oh and should i completly stop cardio?

thanks

no dont completely stop cardio, cardio mainly on off days, high calorie (clean) meals to limit the build up of excess bf about 5-6 meals a day. and yes do abs while you're bulking as well (i know you didnt ask but im making sure you know). reps should be in the 6-12 range 3-4 sets.

definitely looking forward too seeing those pics. with the bulk check out my log and see the things i eat (mainly clean foods) with some extra cals on the side. by chowin down 5-6 meals your metabolism is working all day, burning extra cals even in your sleep. just PM me if you need or have any questions.

try to eat as many 'real' food meals as possible, i.e don't really on shakes too much.
