To do upper and lower chest on different days would be nonsense IMO.I also wouldnt do chest and back on same day its 2 big muscles.Make sure you do shoulders before tris.My split would be
Mon-chest/bis
tues-Legs
wed-cardio
thurs-Back
Fri-shoulders/tris
Sat-off
Sun-off
Now I am getting in contest shape it differs a little.I actually dont take wed off and on Friday Ill do whatever I feel like I need to hit twice that week.I also do cardio everyday and abs/calfs 4 times a week.

Because you will not be able to get a good shoulder workout if your tris are already wore out from a workout.80% of shoulder exercises involve the tris to a great extent.Try doing a military press before working tris and then work your tris and try doing the same weight on the press again.
