Ok guys don't try this without adult super vision unless you want to tear a tendon and take 6 weeks off from upper body/shoulder workouts.....Trust me I learned the gard way.

1. Find a large warm swimming pool

2. find a 9 year old boy at least 75 lbs in weight.

3. Dunk under the water, have the boy stand on your shoulders frimly grasping hands

4. on count of 3 explode uppward with your legs as if doing the traditional underwater squat at great velocity.

5. Release boy's hands above water and using a pressing motion catapult him in the air at least 3 feet (5 preferably)

6. repeat for 30 - 50 sets until the boy kicks you in the face with a knee or the tendon is strecthed beyong the point of elasticity.

It's EASY!

BTW anyone have experience with the healing period for a tendon injury - i am guessing 6 weeks - I'm on week 4 now....

Probably about 6ish I'd say

Unless it's tendonitis, then you just baby it for a bit and it'll be okay. just don't overstrain it or anyhting
