Looking for a good % to drop the weight each drop set and how many sets to do when working this into a session. I"m giong to hit each body part with one major movement / drop-set. Example, Bench Press, Squat, Straight Bar Curls, Triceps Pushdown, Bent Over BB Rows, Military Press. Thanks for the help bros

everybody is different your going to have to experiment my partner and I do them he start out stronger than me but has to drop more weight than I to keep grinding out sets. We train about the same and have been training together for over fifteen years the only difference we can figure is that he works behind a desk all day and I do physical labor so we guess in contributes to my anaerobic endurance.

see what works for you , i do drop sets sometimes at the end of my workout. Remove 10%-30% of the weight that is called drop sets.

typically you could do drop sets easier for legs on machines that involve pins

You don't need to be doing drop sets for every exercise every workout. If you have one exercise which your not progessing with you could try doing a drop set on your last set for that exercise. Drop the weight by about 30% for the drop set
