hey guys just a simple question im bulking atm so lost my abs i havent done abs in like 3yrs but you can still vaguely see the top 2 im just wondering can you do abs while ur bulking is it good or shouldnt i bother because its just turned winter here so im not fussed if i should leave them but if it will have no affect on my bulk i may aswell cheers

Hell yeah keep working them man.When youre bulking you cant see your quads that great but would you quit working them?

too true dont stop training something just cause your bulking especially abs as they take a bit of time to sculpt

keep at it, abs are the hardest thing to retain after a long absence of not training them.

I agree work them hard. SPecially since your core does contribute to overall strength too. People neglect there core exercises too much imo.

i made a mistake i didnt train them bcuz a stupid guy at our gym who i listened to when i started lifting, he told me Abs are mostly diet, and doing cardio right now your bulking no matter how hard you do them they wont show so dont do them" i didnt train them for a good 7 months.

not seeing your abs should make you even train harder even knowing that bulking will make them loose a bit

take your abworkout and double the weight and add more reps.

It's tough to get them to go back the Rectus Sheath anyways
