I mean it's like a 3 inch movement at best. I'm just a thick lil kid.

um back on topic heres a link. Guide: Designing a Routine theres a paragraph about how you can mixup your routines to get max benifits. in thought was pretty good i didnt know about mico cylces. i like to try a really heavy weight not just to shock my muscles but myslef, just to see how much I can actully lift lol.
