definite rear flyes will help a lot

also, you should keep using the seated rows, t-bar rows, and barbell rows

you can also try Side To Side Chin Ups it's a wide grip pull-up, but you lean to one side every rep, so it places more stress on each side of the back... should help with your growth (did for me haha)

Focus on the squeezing at the top of the ROM of a barbell, T-Bar or seated row. Retract your shoulder blades and squeeze the lower traps and rhomboids. This should help some.

How does rear flyes hit your inner back? I always thought it was only used for rear delt development.

it can work the rhomboideus as well because the rhomboideus pulls the scapula to the midline and so does the trapezius. it works them all really well

Yup, very true. When you do a rear delt fly, you're retracting the shoulder blades; which is the the primary purpose of the traps (middle/lower fibers). So, the movement would be secondary to the mid-back.

Using this logic wouldnt bench pressing use the inner back because of the retractio of the shoulder blades?
