I was just thinking about figuring out how to put routines together to learn a bit and i was thinking. Would a 3 day/week routine like this look normal?

Day 1,

Dips 4 sets
Bench 3 sets
Incline 3 sets
DB Shoulder press 4 sets

Day2,

Deadlift 4 sets
Underhand pulldowns 4 sets
Rows 4 sets

Day3,
Squats 4 sets
Legpress 4 sets
Calves 3 sets
Abs 3 sets

What i am trying to ask is would doing more of the primary muscles than normal and by doing this would be enough work for the smaller ones so you dont have to hit em directly.
Would this work in a real situation or is it just dumb?

seems like it would work fine.

u have ur power movements all there.

I'd move bench to first on your chest day, but that's just me.

I'd also add in some tri work on day 1 and bi work on day 2.

What i was trying to do was design it so that no extra bi and tri work would be needed. (which is why the more sets)
So wouldn't having the dumbell bench, shoulder and incline work be enough for tri's
and the underhand grip pulldowns and rows, deads be enough for bi's?
