Right now I'm preparing for a strongman competition againgst guys twice my size & some on gear. My current stats are: 5'6" 185lb, bench 340, Squat 515, Deadlift 515, bodyfat about 9%. I plan on getting up to 190 for the comp simply for added leverage and power. |
you'll definitely achieve it with your attitude, make sure you keep it that way. im a small dude too and same boat as you, always lifted and such for the sports i was playing in competively, but never really got into it until about 2 years ago serious. you got that underdog mindset, so those boys better watch out because sure they're on gear and such, but just imagine how they'll look when you place higher than them on the board, you got nothing to lose...they do. good luck.
