Yo guys, I am looking for a really good lower back exercise that will give me some thickness, to when I am cutting I get some good muscular definition back there. I am getting back into dead-lifts but I have no machine for extensions for the lower back. Any other good ideas will be appreciated.

try doing Good Mornings it is a very good excercise for the lower back

stiff leg deadlift is good too, it also hits your hamstrings and glutes

stiff legged deads are more for hams overall, but could be helpful... maybe

I thin is called hyperextension but is the one you do laying in the chest on the floor and you lift your legs and your head at the same time.
if someone know the name please help me a bit here.

tie a weight to your dick

stand on two benches with a space btw them

bend over and let weight fall to floor

then extend spinal column until erect

repeat and add weight as needed

but they do the work! I don't like them as much as the good morning or the deads but they work. to vary a bit

never did them outside of gym class. I don't Know, maybe before dead or something like that to warm up the muscle and get the blood flowing, who knows how effective they will be, but go full out.

had a guy do this at our old gym .......he was arrested
