This is just my oppinion but reps arent the end all result maker. arnold high reps long training, dorrian yates low reps high weight. however HIT and HVL arent the only systems. Find for yourself what makes you change the most. set a sch and follow it. if you dont trak yer results (ie. weight, lean bdy mass, max weight etc) how can you tell if you change, your mirror image cant change in yer eyes because you see the gradual changes adn they become part of your everyday. I would suggest trying out a few differetn combos and c what has the most effect i know i am unable to constantly hit the low reps, even 6and 8 sometimes dont feel good or safe for that matter. If you push yourself to the max with every set and put forth 100% everytime the weight is trivial you will grow its a fool proof plan food + rest + traing(no matter the type)= results, just find what gives you the best results. gd luck.......... |
