I've recently been getting what I believe are shin splints when I do light cardio after I lift. I'm not entirely sure if I'm correct in assuming what they are, it just feels like my legs are going to burst; I really hope that I'm not mistaking this for a good burn. So far its happened twice. The first time, I roughed it out, but the second time, I couldn't last. So is this the burn I'm supposed to be feeling doing light cardio or is this a problem with my legs? And if so, has anyone experienced any problems with this and if not does anyone know of a solution? Thanks. |
