is it better to do super-set while trying to burn more fat. or do super set in the summer to maintain?
but ofcourse i still do HIIT 2-3x in a week with 2-3 moderate cardio, 20-30 mins each one.

It's great for both really. You can throw them in once in a while to get a better pump and to burn fat.

It's more used for when u cut, but people throw them in once in a while to keep things interesting and to keep the muscles guessing

dude, you can superset tris with bis.

I'm sorry if this comes off as being a dick beforehand because I'm in a bad mood

Dave Draper's SuperSet Training Techniques

can superset really any two muscles. pretty much for the opposite effect of one muscle group, you can do the opposing one to keep things even.

supersets have nothing to do with the same muscle group. you can do them in the same muscle group, but it's also done with the other way too.

If you run one's correspondingly, you'd be working something called agonist antagonist; which is what's being said in the triceps and biceps supersetting example.

Supersetting bi's and tri's would be a smart way to look at it. As the bicep contracts, the tricep is expanding. Same runs for chest and traps. Why would you have to keep the same muscle group? That's not it's main purpose.

Keep things peaceful boys.

u don't have to run the same muscle group, but i agree with the idea that you should keep them in relation to each other
