is it true that Test levels drop while doing long duration cardio? I do 2 X 20 mins per week, im on a bulk. I have heard that doing cardio more than 30 mins at a time is bad and your test levels drops. If you guys know anything about this comment plz tnx

Depending on the intensity, test levels shouldn't significantly drop at that duration. If you were intensely exercising for 40-60 minutes, then test levels would drop and cortisol levels would increase. Of course, if you are weight training, then the increase in test caused by the weight training will offset the negative effects of the cardio.

Bottom line, do ANaerobic cardio. Sprints. There is an increase in test and gh from sprinting. Another reason to sprint!

Plus, its getting warm out, which gives you a great excuse to take off your shirt while you sprint and attract the eyes of the opposite sex.

If you take some amino's before doing cardio, that'll at least help with preventing muscle breakdown.

I live in a cold place and me and my workout partner (im 245 about 13%bf and hes 255 at about 8% right now 10weeks out from contest) and we run around in the cold with no shirts on for fun once in a while. Get a few stares and some good eyes towards us. Got to think outside the box to get the ladies attention.

Other than that, I like the way you think.

Remember though, in this day and age, you may attract the eyes of the same sex as well. Or a mixture....
