Depending on the intensity, test levels shouldn't significantly drop at that duration. If you were intensely exercising for 40-60 minutes, then test levels would drop and cortisol levels would increase. Of course, if you are weight training, then the increase in test caused by the weight training will offset the negative effects of the cardio.
Bottom line, do ANaerobic cardio. Sprints. There is an increase in test and gh from sprinting. Another reason to sprint!
Plus, its getting warm out, which gives you a great excuse to take off your shirt while you sprint and attract the eyes of the opposite sex.
