Only 3 days left of Testanate 50 cycle so i am checking my MAX today instead of breaking up my normal routine during the week. Will let you know when i get back from the gym:

don't worry man Sunday is a def OFF day and then i'm gonna take it easy next week...then for the following week i am changing my diet and routine to go from bulk to cut hopefully i can get your insight on that Zach

All I really need is your weight for a cutting diet. then u could set up a cutting day's diet log and we could tweak it from there
If you wanna do training I could use ur split too, but that's about it

ok cool man, well i've been doing my current training routine for 3 months wanna change it so my body doesn't get used to it...would like your opinion on a good split for cutting

Man with your stats why did you cycle this anyways??? I mean your no where near your natural potential and could have gotten these stats in 6months with proper training, nutrition, and hard work. And i have to say using this pro-h as a cherry popper isnt a smart idea imo. What was your exact cycle like? Including support supps and what you have lined up for pct???

wasn't a cherry popper just a re-booster haha... used to train, had hand surgery, got back into it lightly, now heavily since december..........

just a 30 day cycle of Testanate 50 2 pills a day 1 morning 1 night
good diet

I agree with mm1snapper

There is NO reason to use anything if your stats look like that. Any person could go from not working out to gaining 20 lbs in a few months because your body needs to adapt to what you are throwing at it.

Bad idea, you'll hit a platuea and since your body has probably grown immune to the effects of what your cycled, it won't work again to get you over any obstacle in the road.

Just my opinion, I'm also very pecimistic when it comes to people wanting to get HUGE yesterday. Its B.S. This is a long term investment, this is no penny stock.

This isnt a bash on you its a statement that people should use up their natural abilities before they take even a legal "cycle."
