wat will training with the same weight do for you? (light weight) just infinite reps until u collapse. over and over until you have no energy left?

well i just asked bcus my friend has been doing that and hes become "hard" and vascular like fking crazy. im soft so im jealous of that. yea it is boring chris, haha but i do sweat like crazy and i love that. thanks for your reply also zack

It depends mostly.

High amounts of reps will improve muscle endurance, rather than progressive overload. I remember reading that when you workout, you're only using 1/3 of muscle glycogen (non high-rep training). So, like zack dude said, you will continue to use more glycogen...Which is why your energy would be drained.

Stick to progressive overload.
Never know about that guy you saw.

nah i wouldnt do the same, I remember reading once that you will actually lose some muscle doing thiss... that is if you're talking about 30+ reps
