Well I just bought a bottle of Testanate50 (prohormone) and was wondering how I should split my training routine. I think that working out an individual body part(s) per day that I wont get much out of it since it's a 4 week cycle and i would only work out each bodypart 4 times within the cycle. Should I gather body parts together, do less total sets, and have less rest between workouts?
any help would be appreciated!
