YouTube - 7ft Tall 320lbs of Muscle - Worlds Biggest Action Hero?

What is the second exercise he's doing? I see those machines in the college gym but I don't know what they do...

The hammer machine is made to hit the chest in the exact right spot, as you squeeze in the up stroke. Provided your seated in it correctly.

As opposed to the conventional incline bench where you only push up, the Hammer has a natural push to the inside of the chest, hence increasing the squeeze on the inner chest area.

There's one of these in the gym, I guess I should start using it.

Is it just me, being a newb I guess, or does it seem strange to have 4-5 exercises just for the chest? I mean I do DB bench press, pec deck and am starting to be bench presses and now here is the incline hammer... is it that each movement hits the chest a little different and that's why they're important?

You can do

1. Barbell / DBell Flat Bench
2. Barbell / Dbell Incline bench or Hammer incline.

3. Pec deck and flyes stretch out the chest muscles.

For strick mass excersizes do 1 and 2. Either Barbell or Dbell.

I like DBs better than the Bench, I feel like I have more control and I like that.

How do I stretch out my chest?
